LEEP pulmonary rehabilitation
LEEP pulmonary rehab is a course available for adults over 18 with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and some other breathing problems, who have a Lewisham GP.
The Trust's lung exercise and education programme (LEEP) is a six week programme of exercises and education. It takes place in a relaxed and supportive environment twice a week for around two hours each class (12 sessions in total).
Groups are mixed ability, and exercises can be modified to meet your individual needs.
You can be referred by any qualified health professional such as your GP, nurse, or physiotherapist.
