Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are fully-funded national work-based development programmes. They combine work with study and may include an academic qualification.
Apprenticeships enable colleagues to gain job specific skills, knowledge, and behaviour to enhance expertise in their role. They're available for clinical and non-clinical colleagues and are a practical way to learn and gain industry specific knowledge and skills that apply directly to their role.
Apprenticeships available at the Trust include leadership and management, administration and finance, HR, healthcare, allied healthcare, healthcare sciences, pharmacy, AI, data and digital, improvement, teaching and coaching.
Apprenticeships can be undertaken by existing staff who work at the Trust. Individuals who do not work at the Trust, can apply for apprenticeship posts via their organisation.
