Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are fully-funded national work-based training programmes. They combine work with study and may include an academic qualification.
Study includes on and off-the-job learning (80% on the job is based on work activity and job role, and 20% off the job involves sessions with the academic institution).
Apprenticeships enable colleagues to gain job specific skills, knowledge, and behaviour to enhance expertise in their role. They're available for clinical and non-clinical colleagues and are a practical way to learn and gain industry specific knowledge and skills that apply directly to their role.
Apprenticeships available at the Trust include leadership and management, business and HR, healthcare and nursing, healthcare sciences, IT and digital, engineering and children and young people.
We work with a range of academic institutions including Arden University, London South East Colleges and University Centre Quayside.
