What else do you need to know?
- Patients need to arrive promptly for their appointment, as audiology appointments do run on time.
- You can collect hearing aid batteries from the reception desk
- You do need to book an appointment in advance if you need repair, adjustment or you lost your hearing aids as we do not take any walk ins.
- If you are coming for a hearing assessment and excessive wax is present in your ears, it may delay your care. Please make an appointment with your GP at the earliest opportunity to have your ears checked. If wax removal is required your GP can arrange this within the community.
