Listening events

We run regular listening events across the Trust to encourage the public to take part in activities to improve services and where they get the chance to be heard.

These events are designed to ensure a public voice is heard by relevant members of our clinical teams as well as our management team and the Trust Board.

The events result in actions that are monitored and followed through by the relevant teams. They come in a number of forms but always involve staff and members of the public.
