Forget-me-not service: save the date
Forget-me-not, the Trust's annual service to commemorate all children and babies who have died during pregnancy or after their birth, is to be held on Sunday 27 February 2022 at 3pm.
It's always a poignant and meaningful day that provides comfort to those bereaved in this way, through readings, music and acts of remembrance. Our friends at the Greenwich Foundation provide us with free access to the historic, awe-inspiring Old Royal Naval College Chapel to hold the event.

Revd Kevin Parkes, our Head of Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care, said: “Forget-me-not is always such a beautiful occasion, and gives families, who we have helped through the incredibly tough time that follows a loss, some solace and a chance to be supported with their grief.
“The Trust Choir perform each year, and our midwifery and bereavement teams do so much in terms of inviting members of the community and helping make it a special day.
“We get great feedback from the community; one recent letter reads: “Wow, that was so moving, beautiful in every way. The readings were so heartfelt and of course the choir and the singer, sublime. Congratulations on producing such an affecting event.”
“All are welcome regardless of faith or personal circumstances, so I’d love to see you there if you can make it.”
If you cannot make it, we will be streaming Forget-me-not 2022 live on our Facebook and YouTube channels from 3pm on 27 February. You can also visit our dedicated Forget-me-not 2022 page to find out more and to download the event flyer.
