Food - There is a restaurant (1st Floor, Green Zone), and two cafés (Next to the Riverside Reception, and in Old Main Reception).

Flowers - Only flowers in an oasis or pot plants are allowed on the wards. Unfortunately, flowers in water can cause hazards from potential spillages and can also cause unpleasant smells in clinical areas.

Security - We have security staff at the hospital but cannot ensure the safety of personal belongings while on site. Please do not bring valuables into the hospital when visiting, and do not leave bags unattended.

Shops - There is a WHSmith newsagents in Old Main Reception, and a Charity Shop on the Ground Floor of the Yellow Zone.

Smoking - Lewisham Hospital is a no smoking site. Please do not smoke anywhere in the hospital or its grounds.

Taxis - You can order a taxi via the taxi phones in Main Reception and the main entrance to the Riverside Building.

Visiting Guidelines - Visitors are limited to 2 per bed. We ask visitors not to sit on beds to help us with infection control. Please check with the Ward Manager if you would like children to visit you while in Hospital.
